At Orion, the team designs, manufactures, and assembles bespoke seatbelt systems for an array of applications—including vehicles, wheelchairs, ambulances, fire trucks, and even pet accessories like dog leads and leashes. Today, the business is managed by Chris (Operations Manager) and Steven (Managing Director), both of whom bring a fresh perspective to the industry, having joined within the last year. Together, they’re driving innovation while maintaining Orion’s strong reputation for quality and reliability.
Sinclair & Rush is proud to supply Orion with several key components, but most notably, we provide a custom Three-Ribbed Sleeve—an integral part of the seatbelt assembly. This small yet vital piece of protection fits over the section where the seatbelt clips in. Because the belt itself is made from fabric, there is an inherent risk of fraying or tearing over time. Our sleeve helps reinforce this connection point, protecting it from wear and extending the lifespan of the belt.
