Washer Caps from Sinclair & Rush.

Our Silicone Washer Caps are used to mask studs and protrusions during high temperature coating applications, where there is a need to create a grounding area at the base. We stock a standard range of metric Silicone Washer Caps in standard colours to help identify sizes. No need for two stage masking with the unique design including the washer as part of the Silicone Cap.

Product Uses

The high temperature rating of the Silicone material means that this product will survive Powder Coating and other forms of plating and coating without melting or burning in temperatures up to 315°C. The flexibility of our Silicone Washer Caps allows them to fit over extrusions, threaded studs, PEMS and dowels, as well as to be used as plugs for threaded or irregular holes.
