Round Domed Inserts from Sinclair & Rush.

Our Domed Top Round Inserts offer an attractive finish to tubular products, fitting flush to the outside dimensions of the tube, they are easy to fit and can then not be removed without the use of tools. Made from durable LDPE, this injection moulded item can be manufactured in a large variety of colours. We stock a standard range and run bespoke versions at our factory in Kent. Match the outside dimensions of your tube to the outside dimensions of the Tube Insert, then allow for the correct wall thickness option (the thickness of the metal wall).

Round Domed Inserts are used as a low-cost alternative to welding or finishing open tubes. With multiple colour and finish options, as well as the ability to customise with embossed logo's or printed instructions, Domed Tube Inserts are a way of adding a high-quality feel to your product. Once fitted, any sharp ends are protected and the tube is closed off from dirt and debris. When fitted to the tubes used as furniture or frames, the Tube Inserts work well as feet to protect flooring.
